Support and refunds

Include the email address of your Scottish Meme AI account and, for a specific video, the date you generated it. Refund rules are in the Refund Policy.

If a video made with Scottish Meme AI uses your image, your content or audio you hold the rights to without permission, email support@scottishmemeai.com with:

  • a link to or description of the content,
  • who you are and your relationship to the content,
  • what you want us to do, for example remove a video or a meme's soundtrack.

We review and act on takedown requests within 48 hours.
